This web site is a Internet Travel Unit of Aventuras Elegantes, AVEL, S.A. We are an North American and Costa Rican group. Aventuras Elegantes, AVEL, S.A., started operation in 1995 as a receptive tourism agency specialized in promoting Costa Rica as a tourist destination worldwide.

During the last 9 years, we have organized the vacations for over 20.000 people (see our customer references), who have discovered and explored the marvelous natural treasures that this country has. Although AVEL is not the largest receptive travel agency, it is one that offers the highest service standards you can find in Costa Rica. Two factors have significantly contributed to this: We have trained, experienced, bilingual and committed staff. Additionally, during all these years, we have been able to consolidate the AVEL Travel Network. We have the support of the best suppliers in the country, with whom we have developed close working relations. Likewise, we have devoted resources and efforts to continuously improve the service. Through inspection and periodical monitoring, we verify the level and quality of our main suppliers. In addition, we make service surveys among our customers with the purpose of knowing their perception and degree of satisfaction.
